All claimed listings are subject to review and approval before profile data is displayed publicly. We reserve the right to revert any listing to its default SAMHSA data at any time if we determine the content violates these terms.

• BillingSubscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• RefundsAll subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
• Plan ChangesUpgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Higher-tier features remain active until the current period ends.
